Expertise of belonging

Expertise of the products belonging to medical devices and the necessity for their state registration in the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter-the Conclusion)  carried out by the state expert organization in accordance with the contract concluded between the applicant and the state expert organization on the initiative of the applicant on the basis of paragraph 44 of Chapter 5 Appendix 2 to Order No. RK DSM-10 "Rules for the expertise of medical devices"

To receive the Conclusion, you must send the application form *pdf and *word (attachment of the application) with the attachment of the documents specified in the item "List of mandatory information (documents)" to the email address support@dari.kz marked "Expertise of belonging to the medical devices"

After the documents are received by the CS&DSC specialist, the Applicant will be sent a scanned and/or electronic version of the invoice for payment.

The applicant must pay the bill for the service and send a response message to the CS&DSC specialist - a document confirming the payment.

After the deadline for the provision of the service, the final document (Conclusion) will be sent to the Applicant's email address (specified in the application).
