Contract

In order to conclude a contract (sample {url=download sample document}), it is necessary to send a completed and signed draft of the contract to dogovor@dari.kz with the following documents attached:

-a certificate of registered legal entity, branch or representative office in Kazakh and Russian, issued in the current month, an individual entrepreneur's card on start of activities in Kazakh and Russian languages;

- if the contract is signed by an authorized person, it is necessary to attach a power of attorney to sign the contract.

Payment

After conclusion of the contract, it is necessary to fill in the appendix to the Contract for reference pricing in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the price list {url=reference to the price list for technological activities of the National Center For Expertise of Medicines} and send a scanned version of the document to the e-mail: l.nusupova@dari.kz to receive an invoice for payment.
